Ahhh, summer! We have quite quite the assortment of vacations, recordings and shows coming up. At the end of the month, we will release a 7" featuring the song Won't Be Pretty with Wo Xiang Tanbai as the B-side. The 7" is limited edition and comes with a free digital download. It will be available through Mint Records' site or Maple Music. We are playing the Dawson City Music Fest this year, which is exciting. Brooke Gallupe will be doing a number of solo shows in BC and Ontario, playing Immaculate Machine songs along with new ones. Everyone is recording stuff separately for fun and near the end of the summer we will start work on a new album together. Hope to see you soon!
From February 8 until March 3, I will be in Dawson City, Yukon (that is really far north and bloody cold!) as the town's Songwriter-in-Residence. I will be writing songs for a new IM album, in theory at least, and playing a couple solo shows. Check them out if you are up there.
Immediately after, we are heading out east for a Canadian tour. Hope to see you at some of the shows!

Holy crap, our European tour was so much fun! Check the tour diary in the "shows" section for a full account. Coming up, we have shows in Victoria and Seattle, then I leave for a month up to Dawson City, Yukon. I am going to be the Songwriter-In-Residence there, it should be really fun. In my mind, it will be all saunas and dog-sledding. Oh, and songwriting! I will be doing a few solo shows and will hopefully come back with at least one album's worth of songs. I will return just in time to fly to Toronto for the start of an (eastern) Canadian tour in March. See some of you at those shows, I hope!

We just finished an amazing and sweaty show (really the same thing) in Frankfurt. We have been driving around Germany at ridiculously high speeds on the autobahn having a great time. In Berlin and Hamburg we were playing with a sweet Danish band called the Figurines, check them out. We are looking forward to more great shows in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the Czech Republic. I feel like I should alos give a mention to our show in Barcelona, Spain just because it was so awesome. When you go to Barcelona, pack for good weather and prepared to be amazed by the Gaudi architecture. Bye!

We are really excited for the new year: a trip to Europe in January, a tour of Eastern Canada in March, and that is only the beginning.

Only three shows left on our US tour. It has been awesome. Highlight was probably the sunny outdoor Fun Fun Fun Fest in Austin. How do you have a summer festival in November?! I think I could really get used to the south. Anyway, please come check us out in Cleveland, Brooklyn and New York over the next three days.

Hello, we have just returned home (for a short time) from successful tours of England, Canada and the US west coast. We had lots of fun meeting new people and bands and seeing our friends again. We are not done yet, though. We will be on tour in the rest of the USA in October/November and in Europe in January.
